DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The Flotilla Committee, on behalf of the Membership, recognises the principles in the current Data Protection Act.  It records the personal data of all members extracted from their membership application.  This information is held by the Membership Secretary and will only be shared with other Flotilla members for communication purposes.  Personal details on photographs will not be shown on the website without members' consent.  Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party unless required to do so by regulation or law.
